What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Risqué items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

What's the return process?

United States / United Kingdom / Hong Kong / Canada / Sweden / Germany / Netherlands / France / Italy / Spain / Australia / Ireland / Singapore
We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $130.00 HKD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
